So now it is time to see the new house of our dreams! It is in a new subdivision called Northern Terrace at Providence. It is way up northwest of the strip. Probably 20 miles from the strip. It is in the mountains and the views are amazing. This home is built by Warmington Residential. It is the Wakefield single story model plan 2.

This picture is in the back of the house in the family room and kitchen area.
Looking back to the front door. We love the long stone tile path to the back of the house.
The kitchen and dining area is nice. We would prefer to extend the cabinets and granite to the back wall behind the dining table. It is one of the options, just not shown in this model. Stainless appliances and granite are standard features.
There is a separate dining area with wonderful windows on the right side looking out to a courtyard. The hallway behind this area goes to the master bedroom which is behind the kitchen.
On the other side, there is a bedroom with a full bath. 
The master bath has a large shower with a seat plus a large oval tub. NICE!

This is the entry view of the house. Again, I love the long hall to the back living spaces. I am looking in the office or optional 4th bedroom. The door behind me goes to the laundry room where there is the garage entance. The closest door on the left, is a closet.

Well, that is it. Karin, our LV realitor even sent us a listing for one of the new Wakefield homes. Maybe this is the one God has for us. We will wait and see! Still praying for his guidance in this matter.
